Your signature at the end of this page confirms that all previous documents and/or agreements between you and 105 Publishing LLC are null and void. From this point on, 105 Publishing LLC will not create material, represent, market, or expose any of your material. Any future payments will cease and any payments made previously will either not be refunded, or refunded minus any work/time that was completed by 105 Publishing LLC. If this is regarding the contractual form for services to be completed, all work requested by 105 Publishing LLC shall cease immediately. Any watermarked material that you received is the sole property and ownership of 105 Publishing LLC. If you received unwatermarked work, that is your product to keep, you have exclusive rights to it, and you are allowed to use it for marketing or sales purposes. Any material that is found being distributed/sold without our permission, 105 Publishing LLC will seek legal action against you.
